Nisa needed a new online order capture system to cope with the large number of sales generated each year in supplying its members' independent stores & wholesalers nationwide (£1.58 billion in 2012). With the huge number of users and orders placed on a daily basis, it is critical to the business that the system is easy to use with minimal support issues, as well as reliable. Intechnica's solution

Intechnica's Development solution for Nisa began by communicating with all stakeholders to identify their needs and expectations; this was essential in ensuring the result delivered more than was expected, which is core to Intechnica's values.
